Wisp is an AI sales prospecting and outreach workspace for businesses, startups, and their sales teams. It brings prospect research, message drafting, and sales conversations into a shared workflow. AI helps prepare the work, while a person reviews the context and approves every outbound message. Wisp is currently available through invitation-only early access.
Wisp is built for sales teams at businesses and startups, and founders leading sales themselves. Use AI to research prospects and prepare personalized outreach, so you can focus on the conversations that build your pipeline.
No. Every outbound sales message requires a person to review and approve its exact final content before it is sent. This applies to initial outreach, campaign follow-ups, and responses to incoming messages. You can edit a draft before approving it. AI-generated text is a suggestion, not permission to send, and changes to an approved message require approval again.
Wisp uses AI to help research prospects, explain possible relevance, and prepare message drafts. You decide whether the prospect is a fit, check the supporting information, shape the message, and approve what goes out. The application handles approved execution and tracking. When a conversation needs judgment, you remain responsible for the response and the next sales decision.
Wisp keeps human review inside the outreach workflow. It is designed to help you research and prepare messages without handing over the decision to contact someone or the final wording. Every message needs explicit human approval. That approach suits people who want AI assistance while staying closely involved in how their company starts and develops sales conversations.
Yes. Reviewing research and shaping the message are central to the workflow. Check the evidence behind a proposed angle, consider what is uncertain, and revise a draft so it reflects your judgment and voice. AI research and writing can be wrong. Review the final message before approving it, including any personalization, subject line, and recipient details.
Wisp supports importing contacts from a spreadsheet in CSV format. You can save prospects and review their research without first putting them into a campaign. Start with contact information you are entitled to use, check the imported records, and decide which people are relevant before drafting outreach. Importing a list does not approve any messages to those contacts.
No. Prospects can exist in your workspace independently of campaigns. You can add or import contacts, review research and decide what to do next before organizing outreach into a campaign. Campaign membership helps organize a sequence of work; it does not replace your judgment about the prospect or approval of each message.
Yes. Approval applies to every outbound message, not just the first message in a sequence. A follow-up needs its own review and approval, and an AI-suggested response to an incoming message also needs approval before it is sent. Approving a draft does not give the AI general permission to keep speaking on your behalf.
When Wisp matches a prospect's reply to ongoing outreach, it pauses pending outreach and flags the conversation for attention. You review the reply and decide what should happen next. Wisp can help prepare a response, but that response still needs human approval. The outreach does not automatically resume simply because a reply has been reviewed.
Yes. Teammates in the same workspace can share prospects, research, and lead conversations. Each person can approve messages from their own connected account. A manager needs explicit, revocable permission to approve messages from someone else’s account.
