Who operates Wisp

This policy explains how Skirmish Sales Technology Inc. (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares information when you use Wisp.
Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email address and sign-in identifier.
- Content you provide or connect: prospect and contact information you add or import, messages you write or approve, and, for accounts you choose to connect, the conversations with your contacts that are needed to provide the service.
- LinkedIn connection: when you authorize it, your LinkedIn login details and signed-in session, stored encrypted so Wisp can operate the connected account. Verification codes are processed transiently. Workspace teammates cannot retrieve your password.
- Billing information: subscription and payment status. We do not store full card numbers.
- Waitlist and contact requests: your email, optional name and company, and what you send us through our contact form. We use waitlist details to review requests and contact you about early access; joining does not create an account or subscribe you to a newsletter.
- Technical information: basic logs such as IP address and request times, and a session cookie that keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
How we use information
We use information only to provide, secure and support Wisp, to send the messages you approve, to communicate with you about your account, and to meet legal obligations. Outbound messages are sent only after a person approves them.
How we share information
- Within your workspace: members of your workspace can see the prospects, messages and conversations shared in it.
- Service providers: we use providers that process information on our behalf to operate Wisp (such as hosting, payments and email delivery), under obligations to protect it.
- Legal reasons: when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and others.
- Business transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your connected account data for advertising or to train general-purpose AI models.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete it. We protect information with encryption and access controls.
Your choices and rights
You can disconnect connected accounts at any time. You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your information by using our contact form. Recipients of messages sent through Wisp can opt out using the link in those messages. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
Children
Wisp is a business service and is not directed to children under 16.
Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the updated version here and change the date above.
